Mainly, I'm a voice actor (amateur of course) and a writer (just online). If you want to look at my VA resume, you can find it at "http://snakeyukin.s ite90.com". Other than that, I occasionally do sprite animations... one per every decade.

Phoenix Rongo 2 Coming Soon... Maybe

Posted by SnakeYukin - February 20th, 2009

About two years ago, I finished my first and only flash animation which involved sprites. It was back in 2007 and was around the time of the Phoenix Wrong craze. I enjoyed watching these. At the same time in school, I was starting to learn some basic stuff in flash from my web design class. So, I decided to try a sprite flash animation, as I'm not the best at drawing, especially online. I finished it and it was better than I thought and my friends liked it, so I decided to upload it online, which got average ratings online.
Shortly after that, I had plans to do Phoenix Rongo 2, which would hopefully be better than the original one. This idea came and went several times these last two years. I would get clips I would use, maybe even a few sprites I would use, but then other stuff would come up and I wouldn't feel like doing it. I haven't thought about doing it in several months.
However, lately, I've decided to try to go for it and do it. Hopefully this time it'll be a lot better, less static, and such. Along with that, I'm planning on inserting not just clips from shows/movies/comedians/etc, but also original ones done by me. So hopefully the fact I'll be doing some voices for my own thing will help me finish this animation this time.
More news to come soon, hopefully this weekend maybe. I hope to get some scenes started this weekend, but I'm not sure if I'll get to it or not, guess I can force myself to. Oh well, till then, later any who dare read this.
